HBK Pristine Destinations specialize in the procurement and acquisition process of land within the applicable legal and cultural framework across the African continent.

The identified destinations will be transformed from totally under-developed land to beautiful places and world-class destinations, depending on mandate and function.

Our association with EST Project Development & Facilitation and ITS will furthermore transform under-developed land into hubs and centres of excellence, creating economies within economies through renewed thinking – also providing much needed solutions in the agri-sector as part of the value proposition, creating routes to market that were unprecedented and / or non-existent to date.

The Pristine Destinations team share a collective interest – and love for nature. A specific interest was taken in eco-estates and private reserves. Pristine Destinations invested in the acquisition of uniquely positioned land with a perfect setting for recreational, adventure and tourism development. Uniquely positioned and highly exclusive units, conference facilities and a wellness center is envisaged with traversing rights and access to other Pristine Destinations. 

The integrated developmental model as designed and modelled for the logistics, transport and travel industry, will be a first of its kind on the African continent and act as benchmark for further roll-out under license. Once implemented, the first site will act as benchmark for a state of the art transport and logistical node, acting as change agent in the industry. These centers will offer much needed socio-economic and logistical solutions for the continent as a whole.

HBK Pristine Destinations has distinguished itself as a dynamic and creative player in the tourism and recreational industry. HBK Pristine Destinations has furthermore introduced a new dimension  to rural and leisure residential development and has developed models for implementation in the tourism and recreational industry of the highest standards. 

HBK Pristine Destinations has also developed the master plan as well as development model for implementation of a multi-billion Rand, world-class project in the tourism and recreational industry on an inter-provincial, as well as cross-border level – unlocking the vast potential of one of the poorest regions in South Africa.  

Although an enabling environment still does not exist for projects of this magnitude, some of the ill-considered laws and distorted policies that impair growth, may change for the better in the foreseeable future. This also holds true for many countries in Africa, but the ‘sweet spot’ may arise to implement such a project on a regional specific basis should such enabling environment exist that will be aligned with the Pristine Destinations ‘grid based criteria’ and values. 

Linking this model to other unique and beautiful destinations cross-border with similar characteristics and beautiful destinations, isthmi, lakes and islands on the African continent, will inevitably place little known and totally under developed places on the world map, creating unique, sustainable  and in some instances – world-class destinations
